In this role, your responsibilities would include:Supporting Corporate Development activities related to market, company, and technology assessments to identify growth opportunities and assist in shaping the corporate and M&A strategyContributing to companies’ valuation, M&A due diligence processes and post-merger integration projectsYou work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to support a wide range of corporate development projects and activities Providing support in liaising with potential cooperation partners and acquisition targets to drive business expansionWhat You Need to Succeed

Following requirements are necessary for this role:
