WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Fluent English speaker (spoken and written); certification is a plusKnowledge of Spanish is an additional advantageAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAction-oriented, fast-learning problem solver and enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitudeExcellent time management skills, able to multitask and work under pressureSolid understanding of SAP Finance Master Data (SAP S/4HANA) and its implicationsExperience with Salesforce and Winshuttle is an assetPrevious experience in an international companyFamiliarity with financial projects and knowledge of ASM, cost objects (GL accounts, Cost Centers, WBS)Understanding of exchange rate entriesUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, Data Management, or Business English is considered an asset

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

As part of the Global Data, Insights & Analytics structure, our Corporate Data Lifecycle team maintains, enhances, controls, and analyzes master data-related processes across PMI:

Act as the first point of escalation for project teams regarding master data queriesProactively analyze data and identify opportunities to improve data qualityCollaborate with teams and stakeholders across PMI, including business and managementSupport global adoption of finance and corporate master data management processes and toolsMaintain finance and corporate master data accurately and timely for PMI affiliatesManage the Authorized Signatory Matrix tool for workflow approvalsPrepare and hold business reviews with stakeholdersActively participate in roadmaps, projects, and initiatives impacting finance and corporate master data
