The Corporate Credit Card Program Lead oversees the management and administration of the company’s corporate credit card program and other projects managing a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring effective use of the corporate credit card while maintaining compliance with program initiatives, company policies, and internal controls. This role will partner with stakeholders to streamline card issuance, system maintenance, process and policy improvements, while continually seeking cost-savings opportunities across all functions.
Key Accountabilities
Manage overall development and implementation of corporate credit card program, including application processing, card issuance, and account maintenance.
Monitor and analyze credit card transactions to identify trends, potential fraud, and compliance issues.
Manage relationship with credit card provider, addressing any issues related to card services.
Develop and implement corporate credit card strategy including policies and procedures for corporate credit card usage, ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Review and identify ways to improve all functions including cost controls, efficiency of service delivery, and ease of use.
Define project objectives And scope, identifying involvement of internal and external stakeholders.
Document project activities, obstacles, costs, and results
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Level Degree and work experience of 3-5+ years of corporate credit card or project management, procurement, finance, or related fields.
Knowledgeable in facilitating employee programs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to communicate with all levels cross-departmentally within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Outstanding change management skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner with minimal oversight and support.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel to Zurn Elkay locations.
