This team partners closely with business teams to drive simplification and deliver exceptional customer outcomes in Asia and the Middle East region which covers 26 markets, 600 offices and branches, and more than 140,000 employees. By strengthening our control environment and enhancing risk management, we drive operational excellence and enable the bank to deliver focused and sustainable growth in this super-region.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
To perform accurate and efficient counter service duties and to offer a high standard of courteous service to customers.
Be alertness in counter fraud risk and counterfeit notes identification.
To report customer feedback and collect market intelligence in order to seek continuous improvement in customer service.
To establish and keep good relationship with valuable customers by providing one-stop customer services.
Be familiar with local rules and regulation and internal guidelines and always keep alert for any suspicious Money
Laundry activity and do report to superior.
Close liaison with colleagues from other lines of business, business segments, products and services.
To cross support other OPS team if necessary
