Are you motivated to work with environmental sustainability, and do you have a strong interest in engaging with environmental sustainability in various ways? This role offers the outstanding opportunity to mix interest with your professional background as a Corporate Counsel.
We do not offer relocation support for this position.
**Core Responsibilities**
As part of the Legal Sustainability team, you will:
+ Actively support various sustainability projects within the LEGO Group.
+ Manage highly complex cross-functional projects as the legal subject matter expert.
+ Map out legal concerns or risks associated with the projects you lead, involving further legal subject matter experts when required.
+ Deliver timely legal input in high-paced projects.
+ Drive contract drafting and negotiation in close collaboration with the technical subject matter experts.

The IPR Entertainment Licensing & Merlin (IPRELM) team is part of the global Legal Compliance & Risk Management team. We are advising on legal aspects of the LEGO Group's sustainability journey and collaborating closely with other key collaborators across the LEGO Group organization in this respect. Our team is determined to successfully implement world-class legal solutions that support our ambitious sustainability goals.
**Do you have, what it takes?**
We are looking for someone with:
+ A law degree at the Master level or equivalent experience. Qualifying bar exam in any jurisdiction is not a requirement.
+ Strong commercial and analytical understanding, with a willingness to listen, learn, and tackle completely new challenges.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while coordinating timelines with cross-functional collaborators.
+ Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including R&D, scouting, and test agreements.
+ Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and challenge effectively.
+ A can-do attitude and curiosity to learn more about the sustainability initiatives of the LEGO Group.
