**Corporate Counsel**
Elevate your career by joining our dynamic global organization as a Corporate Counsel in the Legal Department of Iron Mountain. In this pivotal role, you will be resolving legal issues arising primarily in North America relating to Iron Mountain’s customer agreements, partner and reseller agreements, and vendor agreements; collaborating with internal business partners (in particular Business Operations and the Customer Care organization) to develop strategies to mitigate customer and commercial dispute risks for North America.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Advise Customer Care regarding resolution negotiations of customer disputes; directly work with customers, vendors and their legal counsel toward resolving disputes within North America.
+ Advise internal business teams on a variety of contractual documents including customer facing agreements, partner, and vendor agreements managing multiple transactions at a time.
+ Possess working knowledge of all Iron Mountain business lines and the legal issues associated with them.
+ Effectively manage workflow to meet multiple deadlines, as well as the expectations of internal and external clients.
+ Educate internal clients and develop self-help tools to continuously improve the resolution of customer disputes without Legal intervention.
+ Assist with annual updates to Iron Mountain’s customer and vendor contract templates and alternative language guides.
+ Assist with creation of new contract templates to support new service offerings as needed as well as other legal areas as assigned including contract negotiation, privacy, real estate matters.
+ Assist with various legal team initiatives/projects as needed.
**Requirements**
+ At least 3 to 5 years of experience
+ Solid English proficiency
+ Familiar with commercial disputes and B2B litigation.
+ Knowledge of contract law
+ Understanding of U.S. contract law principles will be highly desirable
+ Knowledge of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) that governs B2B contracts would be a great plus though not mandatory
