• Serve as compliance counsel advising on Amazon device hardware regulatory matters across multiple product lines
• Support new product introduction efforts from concept through launch, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and manage legal risk
• Oversee FDA-regulated devices, including development of quality management systems (QMS), post-market monitoring, supplier audit oversight, and standard operating procedure review
A day in the life
You will work directly with product development teams to provide strategic legal advice regarding compliance initiatives, work closely with safety and compliance engineers to make high-judgment decisions relating to product safety issues, engage with international counsel to align on strategic risk issues across jurisdictions, and manage outside counsel.
