Duties: * Lead the finance team, including Senior Accountants and a Manager * Oversee financial reporting, GAAP analysis, and audit processes * Direct hands-on involvement in financial operations, not just supervision * Support multi-entity accounting and upcoming HRIS implementation * Manage month-end financial closing ledgers * Handling customer credit reference request * Other duties as assigned
