**Requisition Number:** 207098 **Job Description** The Corporate Communications Specialist is a key member of the Corporate Affairs team who will support the company’s growing communications objectives. This new role will leverage excellent communication instincts to help execute effective messaging campaigns that elevate Cintas’ business objectives, proactively enhance its internal and external reputation, and help further position the company as an award-winning employer of choice. The Corporate Communications Specialist will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to help create engaging, informative and motivating communications deliverables and corporate storytelling in a variety of mediums for a wide range of stakeholders. This position will be heavily involved in communications efforts supporting and amplifying Cintas’ Philanthropy, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) and Talent Acquisition work, as well as its corporate social media strategy. **Skills/Qualifications** Requirements + A bachelors degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or a related course of study. + A minimum of 2 years experience in an in-house communications position or at an agency + Experience crafting communications materials that are informative and relay approved messages. + Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver assigned components on time. + Must have an eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills + Must have great interpersonal skills, be an active listener and a curious learner + Must be a self-starter, resourceful and effectively implement feedback + Must be able to travel, including internationally as the role requires. + Must have experience with Microsoft365 apps (including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and OneDrive), Adobe Creative Cloud apps (including Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign), website browsers, social media platforms, social media management programs and cloud-based storage programs.
