Job Description

As our Corporate Communications Inter, you will play a key role in creating, developing, and delivering relevant and entertaining content to different audiences, both internally and externally:

This includes:

Supporting the implementation of the digital and social media strategy including content creation, social media planning, scheduling and executionWebsite maintenance and content managementContributing well-written stories and articles for our internal media channels through idea creation, interviews and researchSupporting media relations through content creation and media monitoringAdministration including raising and processing invoicesCreating and updating weekly and monthly reportsExternal project support

QualificationsStudying for an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Marketing, Communications or Public AffairsSome experience of digital content creation (e.g., design, videos, animations etc.)Creativity, curiosity and pragmatism will be required for this positionGood editing and writing skills - attention to detail is crucialStrategic thinkingExperience in creating content (text, photo, and/or video)Professional, robust, enthusiastic and motivatedGood interpersonal and communication skillsCreative with strong time and task management skillsIdeally have good knowledge and understanding of the UK media landscape, including digital and online channelsBasic interest in technical, engineering and/or industrial products and services, across a broad product portfolioExperience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Information

This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2026. This position is open to undergraduate students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.

Location: you will be based at the Denham office.

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
