Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinates all Ledcor social media recruitment content, including content creation, scheduling, posting, monitoring, and interaction/engagement with external applicantsSupports with content creation for digital and print advertising: including newspaper, magazine and radio ads; and website and social media adsProvides support to the employer brand by helping to create and maintain digital and print templated materials. This includes signage, advertising, and conference and event materialsProvides supports to recruitment team for website content updatesGenerates reports and analyzes recruitment communications data to determine effectiveness of social media and marketing tacticsProvides regular reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders for actions and continuous improvement based on findingsSupport additional Corporate Communications priorities including building Ledcor’s brand, and showcasing Ledcor’s people and cultureQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Business AdministrationMinimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, developing and supporting external corporate communications or marketingExcellent customer service and service compliant resolution skillsStrong communication and listening skills to deliver messages in a clear and compelling mannerExcellent attention to detail, with a high level of precision of data and accuracy in any deliverablesAbility to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environmentFlexible with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organizationHas the ability to maintain confidentialityStrong sense of urgency as part of daily work styleExcellent time management and organizational skillsWork Conditions:

$57,200 - $78,650 Annual
