Job Summary

The Corporate & Commercial Partner will play a pivotal role in leading our corporate practice, providing strategic advice to clients on complex commercial transactions and corporate governance matters. This position requires extensive legal expertise and a deep understanding of market trends to ensure our clients achieve their business objectives. The successful candidate will drive business development initiatives while fostering strong client relationships and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.Provide strategic legal advice to clients on compliance, risk management, and corporate governance issues.Develop and execute business development strategies to attract and retain clients in the corporate sector.Oversee and mentor junior attorneys, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver comprehensive solutions.

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar.13 to 20 years of experience in corporate law, with a proven track record in commercial transactions.
