**Job Summary**
As a Senior Product Associate in JPMorgan Corporate Challenge, you will leverage your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact. Supported by user research and customer feedback, you will fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
+ Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
+ Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
+ Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.
+ Write product requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
+ Partner with tech lead to plan sprints and stay on track with the roadmap.
+ Drive go-live and implementation activities, including readiness checklists and production verification tests.
**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**
+ 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
+ Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
+ Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
+ Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
+ Proficiency in Jira to manage agile workflows.
+ Experience in creating intuitive and goal-oriented user flows to map out the end-to-end user journey.
+ Strong expertise in working within an agile product delivery lifecycle.
+ Proven ability to anticipate needs and issues related to product development and production support.
+ Proven organizational skills with proactive initiative, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.

+ Effective prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
+ Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
+ Customer-focused with the ability to turn insights into action.
