About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations & Finance Analyst to support the financial and operational functions of the organization. This is a fully on-site position based in Akron, OH. The successful candidate will assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and resolution of customer billing matters. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent Excel skills, and a passion for process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in timely and accurate financial closing, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
+ Support financial reporting and analysis related to operations, products, and sales.
+ Coordinate rebate fulfillment processes, including documentation and SAP payment creation.
+ Build effective relationships with team members and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
+ 3–6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, operations, or business support
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filtering)
+ Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred:
Experience using SAP or similar enterprise systems
Local candidates to the Akron, OH area only (100% on-site role)

**Pay Details:** $35.71 per week
