What you'll do:

As a Corporate Audit Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive audit services to an impressive range of clients.

Deliver high-quality external audits for a varied portfolio of corporate, listed, and owner-managed clients across multiple sectors, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Work closely with Managers, Directors, and Partners to plan, execute, and finalise audit assignments while maintaining excellent communication throughout each engagement. Act as a role model for trainees and peers by demonstrating best practices in audit methodology, ethical conduct, and client relationship management. Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering value-added insights that go beyond standard audit requirements. Support the ongoing growth strategy of the audit function by contributing positively to team initiatives, knowledge sharing sessions, and process improvements. Promote a culture of collaboration by working effectively within teams, supporting colleagues at all levels, and encouraging open communication. Identify areas for innovation within audit processes and contribute fresh ideas that enhance efficiency or client satisfaction. Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on technical matters as well as personal development opportunities within the firm. Engage proactively with training opportunities to ensure continuous professional growth and up-to-date technical expertise. What you bring:

To excel as a Corporate Audit Senior Associate, you will bring hands-on experience from previous roles in external audit.

Demonstrable experience delivering external audits within another accountancy firm, ideally having recently completed or nearing completion of ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications. A proven ability to act as a positive role model for trainees and peers through exemplary conduct and commitment to quality. A passion for learning with evidence of ongoing professional development beyond initial qualification requirements. Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport quickly with both clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. A collaborative approach to teamwork, valuing input from others while contributing constructively to group objectives. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously without compromising on quality or deadlines. A track record of delivering outstanding client service by understanding client needs and exceeding expectations wherever possible.
