Corporate Affairs Manager

 

Responsibilities

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy - Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, trade associations, and civil society groups. Support the CA&C director to Lead policy advocacy efforts to support the organization’s business objectives. Regulatory & Policy Monitoring  - Track and analyze legislative, regulatory and political developments that could impact the organization. Provide regular updates, risk assessments and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Reputation & Crisis Management  -  Support corporate reputation through public affairs strategies. Contribute to crisis communication planning and execution in coordination with corporate communications. Strategic Communication -  Draft position papers, government submissions, briefing documents, and public statements. Coordinate messaging with internal teams. Coalition Building & Industry Representation - Collaborate with industry partners, chambers of commerce and trade associations. Internal Collaboration & Reporting - Align external affairs activities with business strategy and compliance frameworks.

 

Requirements

 

3–5 years of experience in public affairs, government relations or a related area Bachelor’s degree in political science, Law, Public Policy, International Relations, or related field Fluent in Arabic & English Proven ability to build networks and influence external stakeholders Strong understanding of local and regional political and regulatory systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills High integrity, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information Strong Team collaborates and spirit
