<Job Description> 

Recruiting for a solutions salesperson to develop new corporate clients through corporate cards and other payment solutions for the Middle-Large and Large market segment. 

This position is responsible for developing new businesses under the team leader, by strengthening relationships with Japanese and foreign prospect and partner companies and generating leads, and then efficiently converting these leads into contracts. 

The main role of this position is to contribute to the expansion of the customer's business by listening to the customer's needs, identifying issues, and proposing high-value-added solutions that match those needs and issues, as a result, it enables cost reduction, workflow efficiency, enhanced governance, and digital transformation. You will be responsible for all sales activities to achieve new contracts with customers and sales through credit card payments. 

To carry out your duties smoothly, you will also be responsible for building relationships with decision-makers at companies, differentiating your company's solutions from those of competitors based on a deep understanding of your company's solutions, and promoting collaboration with internal stakeholders. 

This is a very rewarding position that will make a significant contribution to the growth of the company by supporting the simplification of corporate settlement operations, strengthening governance, reducing costs, visualizing expenses, digitization, etc. 

Application Requirements 

- You will find it rewarding to be involved in new business development sales that support the growth of Middle-Large and Large sized and above companies. 

- You have over 7 years of sales experience for Middle-Large and Large sized companies. 

- Highly motivated to achieve targets, able to plan and take actions independently (autonomous and self-motivated) 

- Enjoys and is good at building relationships and communication with new customers and partners. 

- Have excellent listening skills to identify customer issues and needs from the customer's perspective. 

- Have excellent experience and tracks record in solution sales

- Can respond to diverse changes with flexible ideas, without being bound by preconceived notions 

- Have a broad perspective and a high level of awareness of competitors and market trends 

- Have leadership skills that can positively influence and provide good information to a team 

- Have been a top performer in any field and have continued to perform well 

- Have experience in corporate sales, such as in the financial industry, including credit card companies, trading companies, wholesalers, etc., and experience in performance-based compensation. 

- Native Japanese speaker, business-level English proficiency is required.
