CACI is searching for an experienced Intercompany & Consolidations Manager to join the Corporate Accounting team at our Reston, VA headquarters. Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Accounting this position is responsible for ensuring various accounting activities are accurately performed in compliance with GAAP, government compliance regulations, and internal control requirements and will have a focus on inventory and intercompany accounting.

This position operates within a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be present in the Reston, VA office three (3) days per week. The remaining two days may be worked remotely, allowing for a balance between in-person collaboration and independent work from home. On-site days are crucial for team meetings, client interactions, and fostering a cohesive work culture. Remote days offer flexibility and the opportunity for focused work without interruptions. Candidates should be comfortable with this arrangement and possess the ability to maintain high productivity and communication standards in both office and remote settings. The specific in-office days will be determined based on team needs and company-wide coordination.


Responsibilities:

Manage month-end close activities including accurate and timely processing of journal entries and account reconciliations for areas of responsibly. Compile and analyze financial information to ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.Managing and reconciling intercompany transactions, preparing journal entries, performing monthly and quarterly reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.Perform checks and post offline entity trial balances on monthly basis. Familiarity with the concepts of financial consolidations, including combining financial statements from multiple entities and eliminating intercompany transactions, is fundamental.Responsible for intercompany policies and procedures and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure adherence and provide training where necessary.Support the accurate and timely processing of offline entity and intercompany related activities (e.g. intercompany transaction invoicing and tracking, M&A integration activities, etc.).Develop and distribute the monthly and quarterly close calendars to include items related to 10-Q/10-K filings, accounting module closings, SOX deadlines, and external audit items.Monitor intercompany transactions, update general ledger, gather and analyze data, perform audits and assessments, and produce regular inventory reports.  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual intercompany reports for company leadership.Assist with management projects and internal and external audits.Drive process improvement and innovation to scale the intercompany process.Ensure the appropriate and adequate internal controls are in place in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).Review Costpoint user security tickets and quarterly reports.


Qualifications:

Required: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or related field.Intercompany & Consolidations accounting experience.10+ years of experience in accounting (preferably with inventory and intercompany accounting experience).Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, Cost Accounting Standards, and controls.Demonstrates the ability and motivation to work independently with minimal oversight.Proven analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills.Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.Solid attention to detail and ability to develop technical accounting skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively and in a team environment.U.S. Citizenship Required

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$98,800 - $217,500
