What you’ll do• Follows up the knowledge and transaction quality of after sales care operations. Takes actions to remove information deficiencies. If necessary, leads the information flow with operation teams
• Monitoring corp. Operations team performance, reporting to management and planning actions for improvement
• Suppport collaboration, coordination and team building between corporate operations team
• Works for maximum empowerment and FCR rate in the team to satisfy customers and for teams improvemen
• Monitoring sales performance and reporting to central sales strategy teams.
• Develops proactive or systematic new processes and improves existing ones in commercial care activities ( including retention and upselling) based on customer needs
• Manages team Integration of new products and processes.
• Manages Proactively reviewing the current processes to deliver high quality service/support to the Corporate Customers. To Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team.
• Manages Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of after sales operations, methods, results.
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years Customer Management Experience within a telecom related organization.
• Deep Understanding of Fixed & Mobile Telecom Products and Services.
• Excellent level of planning and organization management skills
• Analytical thinking
•Strong people and team communication and coordination skills
• Strong followup skills and ability to work under pressure and challenging targets
• Excellent microsof office proficiency
• Excellent presentation skills (both powerpoint preparation and presentation to management)
• Ability to analyze data and use related tools (Excel, Business Objects)
• Experience in Technical Support
• Certification or accreditation in Network Technologies is +
• Good understanding of technical infrastructure
• Good understanding of Process and Project management.
• English will be +
