The **Corporate Account Manager (CAM)** for Post-Acute is responsible for delivering and managing the relationships, contracts, product education, service platform and clinical programs for the Wound and Ostomy portfolios within key national and regional home health agencies, long term care/skilled nursing facilities and post-acute GPOs.
**Duties and Responsibilities** :
+ Demonstrate an expert level of knowledge of the Wound and Ostomy portfolios (along with a working knowledge of other business unit product lines) including competitive products.
+ Demonstrate an expert level of knowledge of the Post-Acute business model including reimbursement, referral base (i.e., hospitals, WCCs), GPOs, and distributor relationships.
+ Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts along with internal partners.
+ Work collaboratively with Post Acute Sales Director, Post Acute Distribution CAM and post-acute sales team to identify, profile, and engage high potential Post-Acute customers that possess the willingness and ability to mutually drive business.
+ Develops and executes strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance customer relationships.
+ Ensure effective communication and collaboration with both Wound and Ostomy leadership and field teams to drive sales within target accounts.
+ Establish contacts and relationships at corporate level of Post-Acute accounts that influence current and future buying as well as product selection decisions to ultimately drive sales.
+ Manages contract implementation, compliance, and renewal processes in coordination with internal partners.
+ Become an expert in Post-Acute programs. Effectively partner with the post-acute team to deliver sales presentations on program to target accounts. Serve at resource for launching programs into key customer accounts.
+ Develop and deliver high impact customer communications including QBR’s, pricing agreements and contracts.
+ Develop and deliver required reports in a timely manner.
+ Drive utilization of all Convatec products through clinical, product and service platform education either independently or in coordination with TMs, Regional Sales Managers, Clinical Resource Specialists (CRS’) and/or Marketing team associates.

**Travel Requirements:**
+ Yes – up to 30%: Travel is required for this position. Persons applying for this position should reside within the geography of the region that the position is supporting.
**Language Skills :**
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
**Education and Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree (B.S./B. A.) from four-year college or university.
+ Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc)
+ Preferred 5 years of sales experience preferably in the Post-Acute market, along with cross-functional experiences working with teams and/or leading and supporting product categories like Ostomy Care and Wound supplies.
+ Preferred candidate should have experience calling on and selling in the Post-Acute segment.
+ Candidate must have experience negotiating and executing on contracts and engaging high level executives.
+ Understand Post-Acute customers including sales models, reimbursement and payor models, financial and overall operating environment.
+ Knowledge and understanding of the Ostomy and Wound Care industry.

**Working Conditions:**
+ May have to work evenings and weekends.
+ Normal hearing, visual acuity, and manual dexterity are required to listen, speak, read, write, use the telephone, work with computers and handle files and sample products.
+ Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy objects, sometimes weighing up to forty (40) pounds.
+ A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are required.
+ Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory area.
