About the Role

As a Corporate Account Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Corporate Accounts team across customer value, retention, pricing and growth activities. Your day will involve coordinating priority requests, maintaining accurate and timely data, supporting reporting needs, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. You’ll be the vital link that helps our customer-facing teams stay focused on what they do best.

⭐ You’ll Make an Impact By:

Supporting Corporate Account Managers with business initiatives and weekly coordination

Managing essential data, reports, trackers and templates that keep the team operating effectively

Assisting with customer retention activities through accurate reporting and document upkeep

Maintaining CRM data, customer portals, and key account information

Supporting pricing reviews, contract workflows, tenders and one‑time quote processes

What You’ll Bring (Critical Only)
