Job Details Locations NY - Valhalla Job ID 31134 Description and Requirements The Role:The Corporate Strategy Internship is designed to introduce college sophomores and juniors to the insurance brokerage industry through hands-on experience in strategic planning, data analytics, and business operations. Over the course of this 10-week program, interns will gain exposure to corporate operations and contribute to initiatives that leverage low-code platforms and AI tools to drive innovation and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Support Data Analytics and ModelingAssist in gathering, cleaning, and validating data from internal systems (e.g., HR, Finance, CRM).Help build basic models to analyze business performance and operational metrics under guidance from experienced team members.Contribute to Tool Development Using Low-Code and AI PlatformsCollaborate on the design and development of internal business tools using platforms like Power Apps, Power BI, and other low-code technologies.Explore and apply AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve user experience.Assist in Strategic ProjectsProvide support on strategic initiatives such as growth planning, client engagement, and operational improvements.Help track project milestones and organize documentation across workstreams.Conduct Market and Competitor ResearchPerform basic research to support strategic recommendations.Assist in preparing presentation materials and visual summaries for leadership.

What We're Looking For:

Currently enrolled in an accredited college program as a sophomore or junior.Strong analytical and communication skills.Interest in business strategy, data analytics, and emerging technologies.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, or AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) is a plus.
