As Q and CI Manager, you guarantee the quality of products and services delivered to customers by constantly improving the site's quality performance.
Guarantor of the control plan and traceability of products, you ensure the site's compliance with the requirements of the Standards for which the site is certified or aspires to be certified, as well as the group's operating rules and you coordinate quality activities in compliance with site’s safety, time and cost objectives.
Your hands-on experience will ensure continuous improvement of the manufacturing process, with ongoing efforts to reduce scrap, improve traceability and reliability.
As the head of continuous improvement activities, you will manage and monitor site processes (6S, idea box, continuous improvement projects), acting as a guide and mentor to other teams and being the coordinator with the group.
You will evolve in an international environment and will as such be required to make links between the different actors of the Business Unit to which the site is attached, and will be the face of product and process quality for our customers, our suppliers and the management of the Business Unit.
You report directly to the Site Director and to the Quality Department of the Business Unit.

Deploy and manage the quality policy on siteManage and maintain an efficient Management System and all associated certificationsPrepare, communicate and analyze quality performance reportsDefine and manage Quality Control Plans and Quality Action PlansSupervise the conformity of materials and productsDeal with non-conformities and define preventive and corrective actions to be implementedCarry out internal and external auditsBe the link between the company and customers, participate in assessments and provide conclusions in the event of a customer complaintBe the link between the company and suppliers with the aim of continuous improvement and treatment of discrepanciesSupervise a teamValidate the arrangements for producing and controlling productsAuthorize delivery of the product, block manufacturing if necessaryEnsure compliance with production standards in terms of quality and wasteImplement quality measurement tools in production , monitor and analyze them to implement improvement actions (i.e. SAP , MES, local tools)Lead the site's continuous improvement process in conjunction with the group (6S approach, yellow belt training plans and project support, etc.)Apply and enforce health and safety rulesEngineer degree
Confirmed experience in Quality management on an industrial site in an international context.
Be comfortable with cross-functional management
