 Trane in Belgium is hiring a Service Technician to join our team. 

 

What you will do:  

Service products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfactionUse a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer’s location.Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining filesRepresent the company by serving as a direct customer contactProvide re-training and follow-up training at customer site.Determine parts to order for repairs and timeliness of needDocument work by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress, and duration; and maintaining files.Turn in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.Keep current on all Trane products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service and repair.Read and interpret product specifications and experience in working with building specifications, drawings and designs.

 

What you will bring: 

Refrigerant CertificationMinimum 2 - 4 years of experience as a service technician for refrigeration equipment.Experience in repair and maintenance of: Centrifugal chillers, Scroll Chillers, Screw chillers, Condensing units, AHU & FCUBA4/BA5 Certification Knowledge of Microsoft Office softwareValid Driver’s LicenseAbility to communicate in Dutch (French / English would be an asset)Good communication skills and ability to work with clients.VCA Certification is plus
