Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** As the Core Tech Team Lead in the TDA & Microsoft Partnership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of technology frameworks, architectures, and solutions that address critical capability gaps. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and future-ready technical foundations that enable advanced AI capabilities, including Agentic AI and enterprise knowledge solutions. You will collaborate with Microsoft experts, internal stakeholders, and business units to align technical strategy with business priorities and innovation goals. Primary roles and Responsibilities * Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade technical architectures and frameworks. * Oversee technical assessments to identify and address capability gaps. * Guide the integration of Microsoft technologies into enterprise environments to support AI, automation, and knowledge solutions. * Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers, architects, and developers. * Collaborate with product, data, and AI teams to ensure architectural alignment and interoperability. * Contribute to PoVs, whitepapers, and strategic documents on emerging technologies and Agentic AI. * Drive technology governance, best practices, and standards adoption across projects. What we offer: * Individual career path * Access to countless trainings and certification offerings * A knowledge sharing culture * An environment where you are actively contributing your ideas * The possibility to work in projects in one of the largest IT companies **Required technical and professional expertise** * Proven experience leading technical teams in enterprise architecture, cloud engineering, or advanced technology projects. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, architecture patterns, and integration approaches. * Expertise in solution design for AI/ML, data platforms, and automation. * Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills. * Expert in applying Agentic AI concepts to enterprise knowledge management and large-scale AI solutions. * Fluency in English and German. * Swiss/EU passport or valid permit required. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience working on Microsoft co-innovation or strategic partnership initiatives. * TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, or similar certification. * Track record in delivering PoVs and thought leadership in technology innovation.
