Responsible for leading and supporting project management processes, portfolio reporting, and quality-driven process improvements within a regulated industry.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of experience, or MBA with 4–5 years of experience
Background in project management within medical device or regulated industry
Quality systems experience
PMP certification preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Preferred Skills
Experience with process improvement or integration projects
Familiarity with portfolio reporting and project performance metrics
Knowledge of project management and collaboration technologies
Responsibilities
Implement and support standardized project management processes and continuous improvement practices
Establish and maintain project performance metrics and measures
Lead and support project planning sessions and ensure timely completion of post-project reviews
Manage process improvement or integration projects and take ownership of deliverables, project plans, status reports, and requirements documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management and analysis initiatives
Consolidate project status into program-level and senior management reports
Drive definition and selection of appropriate project management technologies
Support project teams in the use of project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ensure compliance with all quality system requirements in day-to-day activities
Pay Details: $45.00 to $51.00 per hour
