As a Cordant Services business analyst, you will work alongside with Service Managers, Project managers, Site Leads, Field Engineers and Fulfillment managers following up on cost, billing and revenue. In addition, this role also includes working with commercial and sales team and perform new order booking/change orders in SAP.
As a Cordant Services Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Revenue and cost integrityExecute steps required for service contract arrangement following corporate processes (requests for new customers creation, invoice payment, new vendors screening, service contract review etc.)Create, plan, and maintain jobs/projects in SAPResponsible for raising, tracking, and resolving customer invoice problems/issues- which includes calling customers to aid in resolution of any issues/disputes to ensure invoices are paidDevelop knowledge of available Customer Portals to support A/R balance reductionWork on mandatory finance requirements for invoicingResponsible for revenue recognition and ensuring dates are updated in SAPResponsible for creation of monthly reports for reviewsRun reports and audits for compliance and to ensure financials are correct for assigned regionWork with services managers with accurate forecasting reports and pacingKeep track of backlog, orders and other financials of the projects createdMaintain Field Engineer time drop and make sure to follow up on accuracy of the time drop and train as neededRun Time Drop reports for others and track errors in Time EntryBuild and maintain effective working relationships across Finance and other teams to ensure revenue and cost accuracyReview SOX report and own actions needed to correct errorsCreate needed WFs for operationsLari customer survey milestones setup and trigger, supporting the service team when required in follow-up with customer.Intercompany Billing back for child jobs and ensuring that cost hit parent country and that it happens simultaneously in same month.Supporting the AR team in collections when requested.Fuel your passion
to be successful in this role you will require:
Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related degreeHave Strong knowledge of SAP.Have strong Microsoft Office skills.Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in OTR operationsHave efficient oral and written communication skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Strong customer service orientation both internal and externalProactive and prepared for stakeholder meetingsExcels under pressure, maintaining a calm and respectful demeanorAbility to prioritize and strong accuracy and attention to detailStrong analytical skillsWell-developed organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitaskWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
