But you’re more than a writer with 3+ years of copywriting experience: you have an eye for smart design, a brain for big thinking and a sixth sense for the perfect line that will make customers fall in love with our brand repeatedly. You have a strong passion for social media and are eager to work with a team to create compelling content that’s relevant and aspirational for the maurices customer. You can deliver engaging, focused and accurate copy for a wide variety of projects; own assignments from concept to initial draft to deployment; and make it all happen on brief and on time.

Responsibilities:
Bring an authentic and compelling brand voice to daily organic social content.
Support emails, ads, and other projects with a holistic view of all channels and best practices within each medium.
Partners to make sure all copy inserted in layouts is accurate and complete prior to release.
Reports regularly to Director of Brand Voice on status of projects.
Works with team members across departments to ensure thorough communication on projects.
Makes recommendations to Director of Brand Voice on improving processes.
Gains a solid understanding about the business and customers.
Develops proper presentation skills.
Education/Skills and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related subject, plus 3 or more years of writing experience in a fashion retail marketing or advertising agency environment.
Experience writing for multiple media, including digital, print and social media with an understanding of how to translate a brand across all channels.
Solid grammar, editing and proofreading capabilities.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00This position is eligible for an annual incentive compensation based on company performance.
