Copywriter
Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Copywriter to join their team. As a Copywriter, you will be part of the Service Messages Team supporting the AI Automation & Performance team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and exceptional attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Copywriter** **Available Location: Bellevue W / Frisco TX / Atlanta GA / Herndon VA / Overland Park KS (in-office 3 days/week minimum)** **What's the Job?** + Write Engaging Copy: Develop clear, compelling copy for digital campaigns and communications that reflects the brand's friendly and innovative persona. + Agile Workflow Participation: Use Kanban boards and daily scrums to manage tasks, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines for rapid content deployment. + Collaborate in Figma: Provide input on copy directly within Figma files, working side-by-side with designers in real-time. + Proactive Collaboration: Engage daily with designers and other team members to clarify requirements and ensure cohesive final deliverables. + Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices for digital copy and bring fresh ideas to the table. **What's Needed?** + Experience: 3+ years in copywriting, with a focus on digital channels (email, SMS, app content, etc.). + Agile Methodology: Comfortable with fast-paced sprints, Kanban boards, or scrum processes. + Portfolio: Demonstrates strong digital copywriting skills, including relevant samples of short-form campaigns. + Tool Proficiency: Expert with Microsoft Word, experience working in Figma or other collaborative design platforms. + Team Player: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
