Job Description
We’re looking for a talented and versatile Copywriter to join our Hollister EMEA Marketing team. This role works across Marketing and UX copywriting-shaping the voice of Hollister for our European customer while ensuring our digital experiences are clear, engaging, and optimised for conversion.
You’ll work across web, product, and campaign content to create copy that’s globally consistent but locally relevant, balancing brand storytelling with user experience best practices. It’s a collaborative, creative role in a team that’s constantly evolving, offering plenty of opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the table.
This job is located at our EMEA Home Office London, England and reports to the EMEA Art Director
What Will You Be Doing?
Marketing Copy
Write, edit and maintain website marketing copy—including campaign messaging, product descriptions, promotions, and branded content—optimised for EMEA audiences.Partner with creative, marketing and product teams to deliver compelling copy that embodies Hollister’s tone of voice and drives engagement.Refine and optimise product copy, taxonomy, and naming conventions to improve clarity and discoverability.Create region-specific campaign copy that resonates with European customers while aligning with global brand guidelines.UX Copy
Optimise key site touchpoints such as product recommendations, navigation menus, and shopping bag messaging to improve conversion and user experience.Develop and test multiple copy variations for UX elements, applying A/B testing insights to drive measurable results.Localise and adapt copy for EMEA audiences during global and regional feature rollouts ensuring cultural relevance and brand alignment.Participate in periodic full-site UX content reviews to keep messaging fresh, clear, and effective.What Do You Need To Bring?
Experience in copywriting—ideally in fashion retail or a creative agency.Proven ability to write for large, global brands and tailor messaging for different markets.A self-starter who thrives working autonomously and enjoys contributing to an ever-evolving role and team.Experience working with a Gen Z-focused brand, with an understanding of how to craft messaging that resonates authentically with that audience.Strong grasp of digital marketing, e-commerce, and UX best practices.Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.Able to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.Our Company
