Purplemoon, an IQVIA business, is a full-service, rare disease agency staffed with a rare blend of ridiculously talented people. We are currently seeking an experienced Copy Supervisor to join our team in support of new and existing client engagements.
With a mix of brand & agency leadership, we elevate the traditional agency roster with a purpose-built team of problem solvers, each with extensive experience. We also offer a seamless brand experience with an end-to-end approach for our clients. We aim to create a consistent and cohesive brand journey from start to finish, and a more efficient experience for our clients.
Objectives of This Role:
To be a bold, curious storyteller who is ready to establish your brand within a growing agency. You’ve built a foundation in healthcare communications and are eager to own brands that matter. In this role, you’ll craft and refine the voice of one or two accounts, translating complex science into human, resonant stories. Partnering closely with art, you’ll drive creative from concept to client, infusing every idea with empathy and purpose. As part of a nimble startup, you’ll also jump into cross-agency brainstorms, new business pitches, and help shape the future of Purplemoon.
What it takes:
Work with art to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaignsAbility to work collaboratively with all other disciplines at the agency (account management, PX, etc)Manage workloads to maximize productivity of the copy team, ensuring that everyone is busy and billableDemonstrate to clients that you understand their products and marketing challenges and are responsive to the strategic and creative needs of their businessRepresent the agency at client meetings and social events as appropriateStrong presentation skillsHelp develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspirationManage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects when necessaryEstimate copy hoursQualifications
4+ years of copywriting experience working within a medical communications or life sciences publishing environment is required.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required.Experience working across therapeutic areas is highly preferredFamiliarity with publication planning databases is preferredProven client and project management experience is required.Ability to monitor team outputs, ensuring all edited materials meet client objectives.Experience working with emerging AI tools.Please Note: In order to be eligible for this remote job opportunity, you must reside within the country where the position is posted.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,900.00 - $220,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
