Job Description Insight Global is seeking a consultant to join a Digital Workplace Practice within an End User Services IT team for a Fortune 50 Life Sciences and Manufacturing company. This person will be tasked with introducing AI into an OCM team workflows. The goal is for team members to utilize MS Copilot agents to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, user experience, strategy design, user journey adjustments, etc. They will measure and report the impact of AI on their OCM programs and continuously refining as new solutions and challenges come to light. This person will be ushering the adoption of Copilot across the Digital Workplace Practice, and partner with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business goals. In order to be successful, this person should have experience in the End User Services or IT Service Management space and be familiar with several productivity tools and their adoptions across MS technologies, especially Copilot. They should have experience with OCM and OCM strategy to understand the communication planning and behavioral changes impacted at an enterprise level. Lastly, they will understand how to translate user needs into digital solutions including journey mapping, personal development, and experience optimization. This person will need to travel onsite to Raritan, NJ three times a week, and will be competent in presentation, communication, and change skills. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Digital Workplace, or End User Services.  2+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to design repeatable, user-centric frameworks.  Proven success in introducing AI into team workflows to enhance productivity and user experience.  Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and AI-powered productivity tools.  Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.  Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
