. Experience in change management, digital adoption, or IT program support (ideally with Microsoft 365, Copilot, or GenAI solutions).
. Strong communication, documentation, and community management skills.
. Experience with agent lifecycle management, UAT coordination & troubleshooting.
. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint, and Copilot Studio.

1. Copilot Adoption & Change Management
. Lead and execute change management strategies for Copilot and Copilot Agents, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and feedback collection.
. Develop and deliver presentations, business cases, and adopt roadmaps
. Document and share lessons learned, adoption metrics, and best practices.
1. Champions Network & Community Enablement
. Manage and update the Copilot Champions network, including onboarding, engagement tracking, and maintaining the champions list.
. Organize and facilitate community calls, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
1. Copilot Agent Lifecycle & Governance
. Support the end-to-end enablement process for Copilot Agents: demand intake, ideation, feasibility assessment, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
. Contribute to governance proposals and process documentation for Copilot Studio Agents, including knowledge management, security, and compliance considerations.
. Maintain and improve agent modularity, scalability, and architecture documentation.
1. User Training, UAT & Support
. Coordinate and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Copilot Agents, including test planning, feedback collection, and reporting.
. Deliver or support Copilot Academies, ad hoc training, and enablement sessions for business units.
. Maintain and update user-facing documentation, FAQs, and how-to guides.
1. Technical & Operational Support
. Troubleshoot and document technical limitations (e.g., SharePoint/Confluence integration, knowledge source limits) and propose workarounds.
. Collaborate with IT, security, and external consultants (on process improvements and tool selection.
. Support solution assessments, including criteria definition, KPI tracking, and feedback analysis for GenAI and Copilot solutions.
