Coordonnateur(trice) de propriété – JLL

Ce que ce poste implique : En tant que Coordonnateur(trice) de propriété chez JLL, vous serez le premier point de contact pour les locataires et visiteurs tout en assurant le bon fonctionnement quotidien des propriétés commerciales. Ce poste combine un service à la clientèle exceptionnel avec une expertise administrative pour maintenir des relations d'affaires de haute qualité et l'efficacité opérationnelle. Vous contribuerez activement à l'engagement d'excellence de JLL en gérant les relations avec les locataires, en coordonnant les services de l'immeuble et en soutenant les processus de certification environnementale tout en assurant la conformité aux obligations de bail et aux procédures de l'immeuble.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :

Accueillir et assister la clientèle du bureau et les visiteurs pendant les heures d'ouverture en offrant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel

Gérer les créances des locataires en effectuant le suivi des recouvrements, en documentant les notes au dossier et en surveillant le processus de recouvrement complet

Coordonner les activités des salles de conférence et les services de l'immeuble en collaboration avec les locataires, le personnel d'exploitation, les fournisseurs et sous-traitants

Préparer les communications bilingues, traduire les documents et facturer les services aux locataires sur une base mensuelle

Surveiller et maintenir la conformité aux clauses de bail, aux règlements de l'immeuble et aux règles d'usage des aires communes via le Guide du Locataire

Superviser les processus de départ et d'arrivée des locataires incluant la planification des ascenseurs, la distribution des cartes d'accès et la coordination des intervenants

Analyser les indicateurs de qualité de service et résoudre les plaintes des locataires pour assurer une satisfaction optimale

Qualifications requises :

Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent

Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire de service à la clientèle ou administratif

Compétences exceptionnelles en gestion, communication et service à la clientèle

Maîtrise de la Suite Microsoft Office (Word et Excel)

Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (communication orale et écrite)

Fortes compétences organisationnelles avec capacité de gérer efficacement les priorités multiples

Capacités de travail d'équipe démontrées et engagement envers l'amélioration continue de la qualité

Qualifications préférées :

Expérience dans les opérations immobilières commerciales ou la gestion de propriétés

Connaissance des procédures d'urgence et des protocoles de sécurité de l'immeuble

Familiarité avec SharePoint et les logiciels de gestion de propriétés

Compréhension de l'administration de baux et des meilleures pratiques en relations avec les locataires

Expérience avec les processus de certification environnementale (LEED, BOMA BEST, etc.)

*Interactions orales et/ou écrites avec des locataires ou partenaires externes basés à l’extérieur du Québec (par exemple, fournisseurs de services, cabinets d’avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d’analyse de crédit, agences de crédits, clientèle non-francophone, etc.)

Property Coordinator – JLL

What this job involves: As a Property Coordinator at JLL, you will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and visitors while ensuring seamless daily operations of commercial properties. This role combines exceptional customer service with administrative expertise to maintain high-quality business relationships and operational efficiency. You will actively contribute to JLL's commitment to excellence by managing tenant relations, coordinating building services, and supporting environmental certification processes while ensuring compliance with lease obligations and building procedures.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Welcome and assist office clients and visitors during business hours, providing exceptional customer service

Manage tenant receivables by conducting collection follow-ups, documenting case notes, and monitoring the complete collection process

Coordinate conference room activities and building services while liaising with tenants, operations staff, suppliers, and subcontractors

Prepare bilingual communications, translate documents, and invoice tenants for services on a monthly basis

Monitor and maintain compliance with lease clauses, building rules, and common area usage regulations through the Tenant Guide

Supervise tenant move-in and move-out processes including elevator scheduling, access card distribution, and stakeholder coordination

Analyze service quality metrics and resolve tenant complaints to ensure optimal satisfaction levels

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar customer service or administrative role

Exceptional management, communication, and customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)

Fluency in both French and English (oral and written communication)

Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

Demonstrated teamwork capabilities and commitment to continuous quality improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in commercial real estate operations or property management

Knowledge of building emergency procedures and safety protocols

Familiarity with SharePoint and property management software systems

Understanding of lease administration and tenant relations best practices

Experience with environmental certification processes (LEED, BOMA BEST, etc.)

*Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
