JLL est à la recherche d'un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) Marketing pour soutenir les programmes marketing de nos centres commerciaux à Québec. Vous assurerez l'utilisation efficace des plateformes marketing JLL, des outils et des pratiques essentielles pour optimiser les résultats et la satisfaction client. Ce rôle contractuel offre l'opportunité de contribuer au succès de deux destinations shopping majeures de Québec.
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
Coordonner des événements, des programmes, des projets, des promotions et des partenariats marketing, de la planification jusqu’à l'évaluation des résultats (post-mortem), incluant l’exécution sur le terrain
Superviser la création de contenu et collaborer à tenir à jour les médias sociaux et les sites web des centres
Coordonner les promotions et la mise en marché du programme de cartes-cadeaux en partenariat avec le Service à la clientèle et l’équipe dédiée
Coordonner la production et l’installation des campagnes d’affichage, incluant la mise à jour des répertoires numériques dans le centre commercial
Établir une solide relation avec les détaillants afin d’obtenir leur participation aux activités marketing tout en les appuyant lors de leurs ouvertures, déménagements et toutes autres activités dédiées
Participer aux tâches administratives telles que rédiger des notes de service et mémos, facturation, commande de matériel, etc.
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes en lien avec les responsabilités du département marketing
CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS
Diplôme universitaire en communication, marketing ou tout autre domaine pertinent
3 ans d’expérience dans le commerce de détail, le marketing, la publicité ou une expérience comparable
Doit avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication interpersonnelle (verbale et écrite), une expérience de coordination et de gestion d'événements spéciaux ou de projets ainsi que la capacité de mener plusieurs mandats à la fois
Capacité à travailler sous pression, dans le respect des échéanciers établis
Doit avoir de la flexibilité pour travailler sur des horaires variés, y compris les fins de semaine et les soirs lors d’activités marketing ;
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
Exigences physiques : tournées fréquentes (marche) dans le centre commercial et efforts physiques parfois nécessaires lors d’installations événementielles

JLL is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing programs of our shopping centers in Quebec. You will ensure the effective use of JLL marketing platforms, tools and essential practices to optimize results and customer satisfaction. This contract role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of two major shopping destinations in Quebec.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Coordinating events, programs, projects, promotions, and marketing partnerships, from planning to post-event evaluation, including on-site execution
Supervising the content creation (photos and copy) and updating social media and website platforms for the centers
Coordinating promotions and marketing efforts for the gift card program in partnership with Customer Service and the dedicated team
Coordinating the production and installation of advertising campaigns, including updating digital directories within the shopping center
Building a strong relationship with retailers to encourage their participation in marketing activities and provide support during their openings, relocations, and other dedicated activities
Assisting with administrative tasks such as drafting service notes and memos, invoicing, and material ordering, etc.
Performing any other related tasks associated with marketing department responsibilities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or any other relevant field
3 years of experience in retail, marketing, advertising, or a comparable role
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written), experience in coordinating and managing special events or projects, and the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Ability to work under pressure while meeting established deadlines
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and evenings during marketing activities
Fluency in French and English*
Physical requirements: this position involves frequent travel within the shopping center and physical effort may be required during event installations
