Ce rôle clé pilote la stratégie technique des offres complexes, en agissant comme l’interlocuteur principal dès l’identification de l’opportunité jusqu’au transfert au projet - une fonction stimulante et stratégique au carrefour de l’ingénierie, de la relation client et de la performance commerciale.

L’Intégrateur Systèmes aux offres techniques (TTSI) est responsable de l’équipe d’ingénierie de soumission (TT) qui lui sera assignée pour la durée de la préparation de l’offre. Le/la TTSI peut être responsable de la coordination technique de la phase d’identification du projet jusqu’au transfert à l’équipe d’exécution de projet après la signature du contrat. La personne choisie devra coordonner les parties prenantes internes et externes.
Le rôle est aussi d’anticiper les besoins du client and comprenant ce qui a de la valeur pour lui. Si nécessaire, le TTSI doit promouvoir les forces de GE Vernova en s’assurant qu’elles soient prises en compte dans les spécifications techniques.
Pendant la préparation de l’offre, le/la TTSI doit voir à optimiser l’offre et est aussi l’interlocuteur principal est divers Centre d’Excellence d’ingénierie et des autres fonctions internes (planning, estimation de coût, direction de projet, etc.).
Le/la TTSI est responsable de l’offre technique. Ce faisait, cette personne doit s’assurer que les ressources nécessaires soient dédiées à l’offre et que la progression soit suffisante.
 

Rôles et Responsabilités

Être le point de contact principale pour le client - Faire la coordination technique et les suivis avec les clients internes et externesCoordonne l’offre technique de la phase de pré-acquisition jusqu’au transfert à l’équipe de réalisation de projetResponsable des échanges techniques avec les clients et de trouver les ressources si nécessaireResponsable de la remise à temps des différents livrablesResponsable d’ouvrir des options dans les spécifications techniques afin de favoriser les forces de GE VernovaResponsable de demander les ressources nécessaires au leader régional de l’équipe TT ou aux autres Centres d’Excellence.Si requis, le TTSI peut devoir exécuter certaines tâches techniques selon ses compétences et disponibilitésResponsable de l’optimisation technique en prenant en compte tous les aspects techniques de l’offreResponsable de la mise en place d’un plan de gestion de risquesCoordonne la rédaction des documents techniques et s’assure que ceux-ci soient remis à temps et avec le niveau de qualité requisParticipe aux revues techniques et aux revues de validation des offresPrend en compte les retours d’expérience des projets pour les nouvelles offres.

Qualifications

This role leads the technical strategy of complex service proposals, acting as the key technical point of contact from early opportunity capture to final handover - making it a dynamic and influential position at the intersection of engineering, customer engagement, and business impact.

The technical tendering system integrator is in charge of the Technical Tendering (TT) team assigned for the opportunities that need integration services. He/she may be assigned to the opportunity from the capture period/R0 to the handover stage; He/she may need to Interface with the Internal and External Stakeholders for technical matters at all the stage of the tender.
He/she has the role of anticipating the customer’s needs, understanding the value makers for the customer. When relevant, he should promote GE differentiators to make sure that these are allowed in the RFQ.
 

During the tender period he/she has to optimize the offer and he/she also is the interlocutor of the COEs with other functions like the supply chain, Planning..etc.
He/she is the owner of the tender technically and as such has to make sure that the necessary resources from the global organization are dedicated to the tender(s)

Responsibilities:

Be a “single technical face” to the customer - Technical co-ordination and follow-up with the customer or /and internal  or external partner at the tender stageHandles the tender from the pre-acquisition to the handover to the project team if won or to post-mortem analysis.Responsible to liaise with the internal and external stakeholders as soon as he is assigned a tender to followResponsible for the technical exchanges with clients and seek the right resources for this task if needed (HPM, Experts…etc)Responsible for OTD.Is responsible to open options in the RFQ to the advantage of GE Vernova or for GE Vernova differentiatorsIs responsible to ask the region TT leaders or the COE leaders; HTE or other GE departments the resources to do the tender. He can also do part of the technical job depending on the load.Accountable for the optimization of the technical tendering taking into account all the technical aspects of the projects (means inhouse or customer’s needs)Accountable for the technical risks mitigation plan to be approved by HTE  Manage and harmonize the technical documentation of the tender in GE scope,  and  to propose alternatives if any.Participate to the tendering review meeting  Participate to the tendering  gate meetings and responsible for effective Handover.Takes into account  Feedback of Experience of projects to integrate in the new tenders

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in engineeringMinimum 5 years professional experience related to Engineering.Must be eligible to work in Canada without any restriction and without sponsorshipBilingualism (fluent in both French and in English) – writing aptitude required.
