Le poste est à pourvoir sur place :

90% : Travaillera dans le bureau de Longueil, QC

Concevoir de nouveaux outils ou améliorer les outils actuels.La conception 3D sera faite en Catia V5Maquettes en 3D et ensuite dessins en 2D.BOM

10% du temps sera consacré à l'atelier :

Soutien à la fabrication des outilsRésolution des problèmes qui se présententTravail avec les clients internes

Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez sur deux projets :

- Fabrication de pièces unitaires (Singular)- Outils d'assemblage pour l'assemblage des moteurs.

Compétences et qualifications supplémentaires

Doit impérativement :

1 - Expérience avec Catia V5

2 - Expérience avec GD&T (C'est un avantage s'ils ont ASME y 14.5)

3- 3+ années d'expérience en conception mécanique

4- Baccalauréat ou DEC en mécanique

Atout :

1 - Expérience avec ASME Y 14.5

2 - Expérience en conception d'outillage

3- Expérience en aérospatiale

Actalent is hiring a TOOLING DESIGNER to support a long term project in Longueil, QC and requires on-site presence.

Description:

90%: Will be working in the office in Longueil, QC

Designing new tools or improving current ones.3D design will be done in Catia V5Mock-ups in 3D and then drawings in 2D.BOM

10% will be on the shop floor:

Support of fabrication of the toolsTroubleshooting of issues that come upWork with internal customers

In this role, you will work on two projects:

- Manufacturing for unit pieces (Singular)

- Assembly tools for assembly of engines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must:

1 - Experience with Catia V5

2 - Experience with GD&T (It's a plud if they have ASME y 14.5)

3- 3+ years of mechanical design experience

4- Bachelor or DEC in Mechanical

Asset:

1 - Experience with ASME Y 14.5

2 - Tooling Design experience

3- Aerospace Experience
