Utilizes appropriate reporting tools and resources in decision making, problem solving and development of SCM financial information. Provides support to higher level analysts and leadership, working in a team environment. Communicates and presents information to various audiences. May develop expertise and/or become primary owner of a technical process. Interprets and applies supply chain policies and procedures. Proactively identifies and communicates problems and opportunities and seeks input and participation in implementing solutions. Assists in the development of variable-sensitive business models. Provides analysis to department and institutional leadership. May mentor, coach and train staff. Provides operational support for SCM dashboards and reporting assets, including monitoring data refresh processes, break/fix support, and minor enhancements. Monitors and troubleshoots client data flows to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness; escalates issues as appropriate. Contributes to automation-enabled analytics initiatives such as automated data quality checks, intelligent monitoring, workflow orchestration, and AI-assisted analytic processes. Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program. **Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in business or related field with a minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in health care, supply chain logistics, finance, business, nursing or related field required. Certifications may be considered in lieu of experience. Master's degree preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong investigational skills, shows attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Solid customer-service skills; understands and addresses customer needs in a timely manner. Ability to work in a team environment and develop constructive working relationships with others. Demonstrated abilities in developing strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, executives and vendors in order to facilitate and enhance SCM best business practices leading to extensive year over year non-labor SCM expense reductions. Experience supporting dashboards and recurring reporting in business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Working experience in enterprise data environments, including one or more data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery, Oracle, or comparable environments).
