POSITION TITLE: Coordinator- Store Technology

REPORTS TO: Manager- Store Technolo

STATUS: Full Time Non- Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Coordinator - Store Technology supports store-facing technology operations and initiatives across all AEO Brands by coordinating communication, deployment and issue resolution for field-facing technology. This role requires strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills to manage technology rollouts, validate updates, track issues and deliver clear, concise messaging to Field Leaders and Store Teams.The coordinator works closely with cross-functional Technology teams, including the Help Desk/Support Center, Tech Deployment, and Technology Customer Project Managers to support special projects and ensure tools and systems meet the needs of our store teams. This role also includes creating training materials and supporting learning efforts to help store teams effectively adopt new technologies. As the Store Technology Operations Coordinator, you will embody our values by creating a positive and productive workplace culture acting as a role model for all associates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor store technology usage and resolve hardware, software and network issues Partners with cross-functional teams and vendors to deploy technology projects in stores Provide deployment support for new store openings to ensure all technology is tested and working properly prior to store opening Escalate and track hardware, software and network issues, identifying patterns to prevent future problems Supports technology teams with escalated technical issues and provides basic tech help to store staff Create and maintain clear store support documentation, including procedures, technical guides, communications and training materials Conduct store visits to assess technology performance Coordinate and communicate scheduled maintenance and system updates Assist with large-scale technology rollouts and upgrades Support inventory tracking of technology equipment and supplies Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in technology coordination, support or operations preferred Passionate about technology with quick learning ability Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software and networks Strong organization and time management, managing multiple priorities Clear communicator of technical information to non-technical audiences Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides); familiar with Canva or similar design tools Self-motivated with keen attention to detail and accuracy, adept at handling competing priorities in fast-paced environments Comfortable communicating with field leaders and cross-functional teams Occasional travel is required

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
