HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

Carries out all tasks in full compliance with the related PMI Principles & Practices, standards and laws & regulations and

Environmental, Health & Safety norms in order to maintain sustainable legal compliance in all these areas.

Ability to ensure data correctness during manufacturing specification maintenance. Provides CAPA to identify root cause and prevent data incorrectness.Ensures that defined actions are implemented. Escalates specification issues internally.Participates in projects related to specification maintenance.Propose, builds and ensures processes standardization and optimization for dedicated scope of plans.Manufacturing specification execution / administration: Autonomy to perform manufacturing specifications activities following defined standards with respect to agreed timings. Establishes master data as per agreed standards. Follows all standard processes on his position. Ensures alignment within CC or SFP on simple technical matters.Executes maintenance of documents and procedures related to specification management.Executes system tests and provides data for receiving system testing.Autonomy on multiple systems for manufacturing specifications maintenance. Able to address simple system failure.Training activities: Executes trainings in a defined time framework.Trains new team members in manufacturing specification maintenance ActivitiesImplements specification changes related to project rollout.Implements new initiatives.Coordinates implementation of changes relates to project roll out with factories.Coordinates CSO activities/ cooperation with factories contact points and participates in simple projects related to specification maintenanceControl defined scope of project execution with respect to agreed timings.Monitors and analyses data to ensure specification correctness for selected plants.Coordinates maintenance of local product specification by external service provider and ensures that specification service is provided in accordance to procedures & agreements for standard tasks. Coordinates external service provider in defined scope of activities and coordinate task execution.
