Job Overview:
RWJBH is seeking a highly dedicated Stroke Coordinator for our Comprehensive Stroke Center at our New Brunswick campus.
The Stroke Coordinator is a registered nurse RN who will oversee and coordinate care for patients in the Comprehensive Stroke Center.The role involves ensuring compliance with The Joint Commission TJC and other regulatory standards, as well as facilitating the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to stroke care. The Coordinator will also provide educational opportunities to enhance patient care and foster continuous improvement in stroke care outcomes,

BSNStroke/Neuro/ Epilepsy experiencePreffered:
Stroke experience preferredExceptional analytical skills requiredDemonstrated highly effective written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of advanced functionality in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word requiredDemonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple members of the health care and administrative leadership teamCertifications and Licenses Required:
