ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate the full-cycle talent acquisition/recruiting process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Create and manage reporting metrics for talent acquisition.Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and productivity within the workplace as a member of the culture committee.Electronically manage employee records for benefits plan participation, personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics reporting via Workday HRIS.Coordinate activity within the learning management system and required annual training; Partner with external vendors to manage benefits programs such as life, health, dental, and disability insurances, 401 (k), leave of absence, and employee assistance.Investigates accidents and prepares reports for the insurance carrier as needed.Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.Perform other duties as needed.CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS IN ROLE:

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university with an emphasis in Human Resources Management2 to 5 years of Human Resources experienceCertifications:
