Coordinator Operations
**DESCRIPTION** The Operations Coordinator position is an entry-level position within Premium. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be very detail-oriented, and demonstrate a strong amount of initiative. Act as the Operational support point of contact with Field and Account Teams in terms of project completion and tracking. 2. Supports the day-to-day operations of the Freshservice (Break-Fix) program for PlayStation interactive displays (IDUs) including the flow from issue identification, repair coordination and completion, and confirming compliance with the goal of minimizing IDU downtime. 3. Communicate monthly targets to field management, tracking progress, and compliance for break-fix initiatives. 4. Collaborate with the Operations Manager on complex projects such as display installations, resets, and product launches, assisting with planning, tracking, and reporting. Accurately maintain store lists as needed, and ensure scheduling is established and maintained correctly. 5. Develop and maintain call reports to ensure areas of opportunity are identified within call reports, and make recommendations to impact reporting effectiveness. 6. Provide assistance as needed with extensive, insightful analysis of call report data regarding retail strategies, trends, and product performance. 7. Take advantage of internal resources to continue education of Mosaic systems and processes, as well as client processes. 8. Build reporting and tracking mechanisms that help drive results. 9. Ensure reporting accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. 10. Assist the Shared Operations Team with additional tasks and deliverables as needed. 11. Other duties as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Experience Requirement:** 1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field 2. One or more years’ experience in a retail and/or consumer electronics environment OR any similar combination of education and experience 3. Client Management experience a plus 4. Strong experience in client facing and leadership skills. **Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:** 1. Analytical skills required - detailed data-analysis and comprehensive follow-up needed. 2. Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization of tasks. 3. Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the client. 4. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity. 5. Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple (and often conflicting) demands. 6. Excellent written communication, verbal communication and presentation skills. 7. Experience in data reporting and analysis is preferred. 8. Possess an advanced understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office products, primarily Microsoft Excel and Word.
