We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Coordinator of Graduate Nursing Education (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cUdr0XdLUsRO9wlxkdJD2cQN24T1mQm-/view?usp=sharing) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Graduate Faculty Director, nursing graduate faculty, and the administrative coordination team to help ensure the smooth operation of our Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs. Your contributions will directly support an exceptional experience for our students, faculty, and staff.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Tracking admissions data for our Master of Science in Nursing and DNP programs
+ Securing clinical placements and preceptors for advanced practice students and DNP students
+ Providing graduate student advising and support
+ Assisting with course scheduling and catalog updates
+ Supporting grant application efforts
+ Managing NP student certification application processes
+ Overseeing document and database systems using multiple electronic platforms
In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external individuals and teams to support our School of Nursing (https://usm.maine.edu/school-nursing/) mission to advance the health and well-being of the community through the education of compassionate and competent nurses, prepared for the challenges of 21st century nursing practice.
This is a full-time position on the Portland campus with a starting annual salary of $46,800 with benefits.

+ Baccalaureate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
+ Data management experience
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Minimum of one year of related experience
