Iron Mountain is seeking a **motivated Imaging Supervisor** to join our **Digital Solutions** team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end supervision of imaging operations, ensuring that document preparation, scanning, and indexing meet our rigorous quality and productivity standards.
You will lead a dedicated team of imaging operators, fostering a culture of precision and efficiency to help our clients transition seamlessly from physical to digital records.
**What You’ll Do**
In this role, you will:
+ **Drive Operational Excellence:** Supervise daily imaging workflows—including document preparation, scanning, and indexing—to consistently meet or exceed productivity targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
+ **Lead and Develop Talent:** Manage team performance by conducting training, monitoring skill development, and overseeing shift schedules to ensure a motivated and high-performing workforce.
+ **Ensure Quality and Compliance:** Execute regular quality audits and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain strict adherence to data security, organizational policies, and client-specific requirements.
**What You’ll Bring**
The ideal candidate will have:
+ **3–5 years of experience** in imaging or digitization operations, with at least **1–2 years** in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
+ **Strong technical knowledge** of document imaging workflows, scanning equipment, and records management principles.
+ **Proven ability** in problem-solving and people management, specifically in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines.
+ **Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent professional work experience; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma frameworks is preferred.
