In this role, you will oversee project activities within your department, ensuring organization and flow. Your work is critical to the team, as you help facilitate the environment fellow caregivers need to work efficiently and cohesively. This Role not only delivers patient care but is also Administrative support for our large Imaging Institute including Radiologists, Technologists and informatics teams. It gives you the ability too meet a lot of new faces and learn new skills daily. **A caregiver in this position works Wednesday-Sunday, 8:3am-5pm. This position is remote but will train onsite for two weeks at our Beachwood Administrative Campus.** **This position is local remote in Northeast Ohio only.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Coordinate department project activities by distributing reports, facilitating analyses and reporting information. + Develop department resource databases to facilitate management of various project activities. + Coordinate department scheduling of individuals, resources and activities. + Collect, maintain and report information for the department such as patient information, budgets, caregiver PTO and schedule. + Function as a department liaison. + Assist with performance evaluations, counseling and onboarding of new caregivers. + Perform duties related to the preparation, implementation and analysis of special studies and projects. + Maintain office supplies and equipment. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + High School Diploma or GED + Three years of experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects + Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing and database software Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
