Minimum Qualifications: 
Associate's degree or equivalent; 1 year of related experience.

 

Job Summary: 
To provide coordination of all phases and activities associated with special university or community programs.

 

Job Duties:

Provides coordination and support for program activities with a focus on accurate data entry and
patient care interactions. This role supports both administrative and clinical functions to ensure
the smooth operation of university or community-based health programs.Supports assigned projects and program activities in alignment with stated goals and
objectives.Enters accurate and timely data program and patient data.Supports patient-facing clinical activities (program - scheduling, enrollment, follow-up).Assist with program coordination and documentation.Ensure compliance with internal controls and confidentiality.Performs related duties as required.

Commensurate with experience.
