Join our team as a Coordinator Driver Compliance, and play a critical role in ensuring our drivers meet all safety and regulatory requirements. This position supports our commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple locations.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Administer the driver hiring and compliance process, including background checks, drug testing, and licensing verification
+ Provide guidance to location trainers to ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures
+ Investigate accidents, incidents, and work-related injuries, determining fault and managing compliance documentation
+ Prepare and submit accident-related compliance forms, maintain records, and enter data into company systems
+ Assist and train drivers and attendants on passenger management and other safety-related issues
+ Conduct driver road checks to evaluate performance and compliance
+ Supervise employees responsible for safety, driver hiring, or training activities
+ Generate reports and analyze safety trends to recommend process improvements
**What You Bring:**
+ 2-3 years of transportation or safety-related experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Knowledge of federal and state safety and environmental regulations
+ Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Reliable attendance and punctuality
+ Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel within service area
