Pay Rate: $23.00-$24.00 hr. based on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Job Description Summary
Quotes and books all outside charter work throughout the Region. Centralizes and efficiently distributes the work to the appropriate location/branch.
Major Responsibilities
Increases Outside Charter Revenue
Increases Outside Charter Revenue
Assists in customer quoting and pricing
Distributes and dispatches the new work to the most appropriate branch or location
Increases customer base
Initializes marketing strategies
Determines, sets, and meets budget goals

Minimum Education or Certifications Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum Experience or Skills Required
At least 3-5 years experience
Industry experience
Prior customer service experience
Charter booking experience
Computer experience a must
School Bus transportation experience
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Incumbent must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system/cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone.
Little or no travel required, but meeting with local customers may be necessary.
