Job Title: Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual for a coordinator position who can commit to 40 hours per week. While the start time is flexible, the end time is fixed to ensure timely shipment of packages in the afternoon. This entry-level role focuses on contributing to the success of receiving and distribution operations and aligns with guiding principles. Although 1-year of experience is preferred, it is not required as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain partner records filing system, including coordination for archival of files at offsite storage.Use automated systems to access and update file inventory information.Respond to requests for partner file information through photocopies, facsimiles, scanned images, and using a personal computer.Perform day-to-day intake and receiving operations.Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.Ensure strong attention to detail and manage multiple tasks throughout the day.Adapt successfully to uncertainty and changing priorities.Essential Skills
Administrative supportCustomer serviceProficiency in Microsoft ExcelAdministrative assistanceFiling and data entrySorting and calendaringAbility to lift 20 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, kneeling, and climbing step ladders.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in records management is a nice-to-have skill.Travel arrangements and invoice coding experience.No degree or certifications required.Work Environment
The position offers a foot in the door for a corporate environment with opportunities to build relationships within the team and understand the culture. The team is small, consisting of fewer than 10 members with higher tenure, fostering a highly collaborative and interactive atmosphere. Interaction is primarily with the team but may occasionally involve external partners. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Excel. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability to changing priorities, and encourages independent work within a supportive team structure.
